Horizon Technologies FZ-LLC is a Dubai-based technology company, registered in the Meydan Free Zone. We were founded by two AI engineers and data scientists who were tired of watching businesses pay middlemen to resell models they didn't understand.

We're technical at the core. We've trained models, built data pipelines, shipped agents, and operated AI in production — and we do that work ourselves. There's no layer between the people who scope your project and the people who write the code.

Our home market is the Middle East. We build for enterprises across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and we ship our own products under the Horizon brand.
