Horizon Technologies is a Dubai-based AI company, founded and led by AI engineers.
We started Horizon to close a gap: the people who sell technology are rarely the people who build it. Businesses are sold strategies and roadmaps, then handed to a team they never meet.
We work the other way around. The founders are AI engineers who have spent years putting real generative AI and software into production. When you work with us, the people who define your solution are the ones who design, build, deploy, and improve it.
